secuil semak semanggi yang saya temukan di tembok pagar bangunan kampus BSI (Salemba Tengah) dekat TK tempat Z bersekolah. Setiap melewati itu, mata saya selalu sibuk mencari, siapa tahu ada semanggi berkelopak 4, lumayan..buat lucky charm gitu deh...(awalnya tahu mitos ini dari komik donald bebek) haha!

NIGHT SKETCHING AT THE BALCONY

Last night, me and some friends at my boarding house in Kampung Bali gathered together at the balcony of the house. This is a night sketch I made while we're talking about boys and others. At the distance, there're office buildings such as Menara Thamrin and Cakrawala building.

WELCOME, CHRISTMAS!

I'm really excited of welcoming Christmas! I bought some Christmas decorations at Hero and put one of them at my room-door at Kampung Bali X, Tanah Abang. It's a tiny...tiny mistletoe made from dried flowers and roots decorated with red ribbon. I bought it only Rp 4.900,-!! There's big sale at Hero for Chrismas stuff at this month! Wanna go back there and buy more stuff!
I also bought a green tinsel garland and put it on the top of my iMac at the office. Play Christmas songs at iTunes almost all day long.
But since the 1st day of December, the weather are so hot. I don't know what's the problem with the weather lately, but I really miss rainy days...

GREEN TINSEL GARLAND

This is a sketch of green tinsel garland on the top of my computer at the office. I put it this morning and play christmas songs on iTunes almost all day long. Can't wait for Christmas!!

Kembang Teleng

Adalah sejenis tanaman perdu yang tumbuh merambat pada tanaman lain (sebut saja tanaman induk), dan sepertinya bukan tanaman parasit, mengingat banyak ibu yang menanam dan memeliharanya di pot-pot di pekarangan rumah mereka.  Lokasi tumbuh yang paling ideal adalah di tempat yang tidak terkena sinar matahari langsung. 
'Kembang Teleng' sendiri adalah nama yang poluler dikalangan para ibu di sekitar tempat saya tinggal saat ini (seputaran Paseban-Jakarta Pusat).  Konon, tanaman ini dapat digunakan untuk membersihkan mata bayi.  Caranya yaitu dengan merendam beberapa kuntum bunga pada segelas air matang dan dibiarkan beberapa saat sampai warna air berubah menjadi kebiru-biruan.  Air tersebut dapat langsung diteteskan pada mata bayi atau bisa juga diusapkan dengan bantuan kapas.

*menggunakan pulpen Pilot-Zaraza Gel 0,5 dan Sakura-Koi watercolor.  sketsa dilakukan di warung samping TK Mayanda, sambil menunggu anak saya pulang sekolah

LUNCH AT THE SIDEWALK

These are my Saturday drawings. I drew this at St. Theresia church after the class of Sr. Agatha Limin, OSU. I had lunch in the sidewalk outside the church. And drew these sketches. The trees are full with beautiful branches and leaves. I plan to draw it next time.
